Shipping policy

All orders will take 1-3 days to be processed and then will be sent with Royal Mail.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 hour postage. To track your order please find your code in your confirmation email, this may have landed in your spam.

Tracked 24: Speedy tracked shipping for those who wish to receive their order within 1-2 working days. (Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 5 working days)

Tracked 48: 2-4 working days. (Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 7 working days)

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot be held liable for lost orders related to an incorrect address or incomplete information entered on an order.
